Jubilee Dental Contest & Promotion Rules
These rules apply to all contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns administered by Jubilee Dental unless otherwise stated within a specific promotion.
Eligibility
Contests are open to legal residents of the Greater Victoria Regional District, British Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in British Columbia at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Jubilee Dental, as well as any individuals residing in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate.
In certain cases, minors may be permitted to enter a contest; however, no minor will be declared a winner without the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Contest Period
Each contest begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the individual promotional post or advertisement. Unless otherwise stated, all deadlines are in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entry instructions and requirements will be outlined within each individual contest or promotion. Entry methods may include, but are not limited to, in-office visits, social media participation, online submissions, referrals, or other promotional activities as specified for each contest.
Only one entry per person may be permitted unless otherwise specified.
Where bonus entries are offered, the method for earning additional entries will be clearly stated within the individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, each eligible bonus action will count as one additional entry.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or do not comply with the contest instructions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Jubilee Dental.
Community Partner Disclaimer
Prizes may include products, services, or gift cards generously provided by community partners. Jubilee Dental thanks these businesses for their participation; however, community partners are not responsible for the administration of the contest.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
Selected entrants may be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the official winner, in accordance with Canadian contest regulations.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated timeframe, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Jubilee Dental reserves the right to select another entrant.
Prize Conditions & Availability
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
Prize contents may vary from those shown in promotional materials based on availability. Jubilee Dental reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for any costs or expenses not specifically included as part of the prize.
Prizes not claimed within 10 days of notification may be forfeited.
Social Media Disclaimer
Contests or promotions conducted through Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and their affiliates from any responsibility related to the contest.
Privacy & Publicity Release
By entering a contest, entrants agree that, if selected as a winner, Jubilee Dental may use their first name, photograph, likeness, testimonial, and/or city of residence for promotional or advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Jubilee Dental, its employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates, from any liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
Winners may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability prior to receiving their prize.
General Conditions
Jubilee Dental reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate any contest or promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
All decisions made by Jubilee Dental regarding contests and promotions are final.
Participation in any contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
